SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Packing and shipping will be made on a Monday - Friday. If a order has been placed on a Friday evening or a weekend then it will not be shipped until Monday morning. If you have placed an order on a Friday morning it will be handed over to AusPost on a friday and they will ship it on a Monday morning.

Standard shipping

Same state- 2-4 business days

Interstate- 3-6 business days

Express shipping

Same state- 1-2 days

Interstate- 2-3 days

Return & Exchange Policy

In the event the package arrives damaged we will replace it at no extra cost. If you have paid for express shipping we will only send via standard shipping.

In the event you are not happy with the product within 30 days of purchase we can give you a credit or partial refund.

We only offer returns to unopened, unused products and tools. We can offer a return label for you to send back the item.
